Overview
We have great owners and the best homes to rent in Los Banos. We treat everyone with respect and we want our residents to feel like the house they rent, is their home. We have fantastic residents living in our homes and we want to keep it that way. If you are responsible feel free to apply for one of our homes.
How To Apply
Application
Complete the application either on line or print the PDF Application located under Overview and Forms. A $30.00 application Fee must accompany the application for each adult 18 years of age or older residing in the home.
Credit Check & Investigation
Upon completion of the application for each adult 18 years of age or older, a credit, criminal and eviction history shall be run. Than an income verification and reference check shall be completed. That information shall determine your qualifications to rent one of our properties.
If you qualify, you can then either put down a:
Non Refundable Holding Fee
Put down a non refundable Holding Fee and the home will be held for you. This fee varies by each home and how long you would want the home held for you.
1st Month Rent & Deposit
Put down 1st Month Rent and Deposit complete the lease agreement and complete all move in requirements and the keys shall than be assigned to you our new resident.
Maintenance Requests
Please submit your maintenance request. Note that requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except for holidays. For after-hours tenant emergencies only, please call (209) 826-3347.
